IRRV Performance Awards
The Institute is pleased to announce that there has been an increase in the number of organisation entering the 2010 Performance Awards with some categories receiving a record number of entries. Again, there was no need to extend the closing date for entries to be received. All submissions were formally acknowledged and the Awards Panel met on the 23rd and 24th May 2010 to discuss the entries and agree on a short-list in each category.
Decisions taken by the Awards Panel were conveyed to all entrants on the 28th May 2010 and short listed organisations will now to receive a visit from the appointed inspection team for each category. The Awards Panel will be meeting again on the 6th August 2010 to receive the reports from the Inspection Teams. It will be at this meeting the finalists will be decided upon and the names of the 2010 finalists published.
All finalists will be present in the Performance Awards Village that will be part of the exhibition at Annual Conference in Harrogate later this year. The Gala Dinner (and Reception) will be held at the Harrogate International Centre on the 30th September 2010 when the winners will be announced.
