The Institute of Revenues Rating and Valuation are pleased to announce their new President

Geoff is a member of the IRRV Council and is professional consultant at Strettons Chartered Surveyors East London specialising in Compulsory Purchase compensation (including the Olympics) and Rating.  His clients include public and local authorities as well as Businesses and individuals, and he has given professional talks to various groups on Rating and Revaluation.

STRETTONS is a medium sized general practice firm with nationwide Auctions (7 per year), a large management department, and commercial and industrial agency.

Geoff’s previous career was in the Valuation Office where he was District Valuer and Valuation Officer in London for 21 years lastly as Group Valuation Officer London – City (and East London).  He is a RICS Rating Diploma Holder, a regular contributor to the IRRV magazines Valuer and Insight, and given papers to International Conferences on Compulsory Purchase.
