Social Housing Liaison OfficerPO2: Starting salary £32,532 rising in annual increment to £35,055 pa incl. LW.

With the exciting regeneration of Vauxhall and Waterloo taking off in Lambeth, we need to build on our successful partnerships arrangements and develop new relationships with our Registered Providers and private developers in order to improve affordable housing provision and the management of social residential accommodation.As part of the Social Housing Liaison Team, the person will take an active and creative in the compilation of the Social Housing Charter (the new RSL partnership document) as well as the supporting arrangements whilst maintaining the ongoing delivery of affordable housing development and other activities of the Team. In addition to knowing about affordable housing, policy and partnership working, and performance management, the person should be a good negotiator who can deliver results.
