Wellbeing at Work – can we afford to ignore it?
I have been wondering of late, particularly as we continue to battle the ‘credit crunch’, how well employees are managing to cope with the increased pressures they are facing. Talking to people in the public sector I am told, anecdotally, that stress is up and that many more employees are struggling to cope than was previously the case.
